Measurements are restated on the written specification summary for approval before production begins.

1. 01Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo in cool water, working downward from root to tip.
2. 02Condition mid-shaft to ends, rinse fully, and press out water with a towel — do not wring.
3. 03Air dry on a mannequin head or wig stand to preserve the cap and lace shape.
4. 04Use heat protectant and keep styling tools at or below 350°F.
5. 05Detangle from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb.
6. 06Store on a stand in the provided bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
7. 07Have coloring and cutting performed by a licensed professional to keep defect coverage intact.

Payment terms are set per order. Exotic Hair and Beauty offers either full payment at checkout or a documented deposit and final-balance arrangement. Deposits are not automatically nonrefundable — the amount and refundability are disclosed in writing and accepted before any payment is taken.

When a deposit arrangement is used, the order confirmation shows:

Exotic Hair and Beauty never requests photographs of a customer's complete payment card and does not store card security codes or raw payment credentials.

Due to the hygienic and customized nature of premium wigs, units that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, chemically treated, altered, styled beyond the original condition, or removed from applicable protective packaging may not qualify for return. This restriction does not eliminate remedies for verified shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or an item that materially differs from the approved order specifications.

Report shipping damage, a defect or an incorrect product within the published reporting period and provide:
