   We review your desired construction, length, texture, density, cap measurements, color and finishing services, and confirm what we can actually source and produce.

2. Step 02

   Written specifications

   You receive a written specification summary listing hair type, lace type and size, density, cap construction, length and every custom service.

3. Step 03

   Itemized quote

   An itemized quote states the final price, the payment schedule and the estimated completion date. Nothing is charged at this stage.

4. Step 04

   Approval and terms

   You approve the specifications and sign the custom-order terms, including cancellation, return eligibility and final-sale conditions.

5. Step 05

   Production and delivery

   Production begins on the confirmed payment schedule. You receive production-status updates, a final quality-control review and insured shipping with signature confirmation.
